Uncleared name by MBD
I was owing standard bank for a credit card and my account was handed over to MBD.On the 22 May 2020 l settled my account which was 3436.20.I sent them an email with proof of payment and asking for clearance letter.Until today 19 April 2022 no clearance letter and l can’t get any credit because of that .I kept on sending Emails to the lady by the name of Shirley Naidoo with no response.lm so frustrated
