unbelievable service

I called you guys on the 05/03/2015 regarding a agreement letter that i needed from you guys and i spoke to a guy called Vuyani who i explained over 30 min what an agreement letter is firstly and he then informed me i needed to make a payment agreement first and make a payment and then sent me the banking details where i needed to make the payment he then told me i will recieve the letter in the morn on the 06-03-2015. I called when i didnt recieve the letter during the day and i spoke to another confused lady who tried to transfer my call to Vuyani who then blatantly refused to speak to me as i could hear him on the background when he finally came to the call he just said \hello"and hung up the call"
