Unauthorized Debit Order

Got an sms this morning saying that my account will be tracked from the 13th for payment due on the 30th of December. No authority was given to debit my account earlier in December. The consultant's reply was that normally people get paid earlier in December and that is why it is tracked from tomorrow. I only get paid on the 27th and no authority / permission was give to debit my account earlier. Totally *********.
