Unauthorised Debits
I had agreed on a debit date , on a recorded call , of the 25th of every month for my TV license to go off. MBD has been debiting me on whatever date they feel like which results in the debit bouncing and me having to pay the bank for the unpaid item. THIS IS TOTALLY UNCACCEPATABLE AND ******** AS THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO DEBIT ME ON ANY OTHER DAY BESIDES THE 25TH UNLESS THE 25TH FALLS ON A WEEKEND. SO I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THE BANK CHARGES I HAVE BEEN CHARGED DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE DEBIT ORDER DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!
