Unallocated payment to Vodacom for more than 4 months
Please allocate the payment I made via MDD collections to my Vodacom account, it’s been over 4 months since I paid and Vodacom is saying the payment has not been allocated to them. I will report this firm to the Legal Practice Counsel for it’s *****ulent practices.
