UNACCEPTABLE SMS RECIEVED!!!!!

I am now extremely angry, I had called you to make a payment arrangement and strictly advised that you may only debit my account on the 1st of each month, today I receive an sms to advise me that the debit order due on 01/12/2015 will be tracked from the 24th! if this debit order goes off my bank account before my agreed debit order date with you on the 01/12/2015 I will be reversing this debit order at my bank.<br> <br> I am also still waiting for my statement!!!<br> <br> pathetic and unprofessional!
