Unacceptable Lack of Transparency: Fix Your Website or Stop Expecting Payments
It has been two months since the monthly account statements you notify us about via SMS have been inaccessible, due to your Accountsonline website consistently throwing an error. You can verify this issue by visiting the link below:

How are we supposed to confirm that our monthly payments are being credited to our accounts? When we contact your support team, we are only rudely provided with a summary total, without a proper statement showing monthly payments. Is it in line with South Africa’s financial or credit laws for debt collectors to deduct payments without providing transparent and detailed statements?
I have come across worrying reports on the HelloPeter consumer watchdog site, where individuals have paid off their debts but still had to struggle to obtain a confirmation letter stating that their debt was settled.
Until this issue is resolved, can we stop making payments to you monthly? When do you plan to fix your website and provide proper transparency?
This is why I am now reaching out for support. Please urgently fix this problem. We should not have to beg for a simple statement to verify the hard-earned money we are paying you.

Before I provide any personal information as per your request, please consider that I am uncomfortable sharing it due to concerns of potential victimization for highlighting the malfunction in your system.
At this point, I would appreciate it if you could address my question publicly, rather than requesting my personal information privately.
My question is simple: Are you sending your MBD statements through the following platform, which is currently failing and displaying an error, preventing access to our statements?
https://www.myaccountsonline.co.za/doc.aspx
Rather than asking for my personal details, could you please confirm here, on this HelloPeter platform, whether the statements are sent through this platform? If the answer is yes, could you also publicly state when you intend to fix the platform so that we can finally access our statements and verify that our payments are being correctly credited?
I am not trying to cause conflict, but as paying customers, we deserve transparent confirmation of our payments and regular, updated statements. The companies that have entrusted you with debt collection are reputable, and you are bound by South Africa’s credit laws to ensure transparency.
Thank you in advance for your public response, rather than a private message asking for personal information.
Sincerely
Bridget X
