Unacceptable conduct

I've logged a complaint on 7 Feb about MBD harassing me regarding a Cell C account in my name that they claim is not paid. I do not have a Cell C account, which was confirmed by Cell C several times.

I still get weekly sms's regarding this, not to mention phone calls from people who, in the first place, does not speak clearly but mumbles, and in the second place do not seem to listen to what I am explaining to them.

As it seems to me that there is no other option, I will have to seek some legal advice myself, because I just can not tolerate this any more.
