Unacceptable Business Practice

<p>I made an arrangement with them to settle my debt. I explicitly told them it must go off the 1st and if the 1st falls on a weekend they must deduct it on the Monday. They have now dedcuted the debit order amount we agreed on 5 days before the agreed upon date (as the first falls on a weekend this month) I am furious, I only get paid on the last day of the month!!! Who is going to pay the bank charges for this payment if it bounces due to insufficient funds??? I tried to call them and it says "we are experiencing high call volumes and cannot accept your call" UNACCEPTABLE. This is not what we agreed upon!!!</p>
