Unable to receive a paid up letter and and ITC not updated even after paying whole balsnce
They are ***** and will harass you until u pay up the account but still fail to send you a settlement letter. I was told as soon as I'm done paying they will hand back the account to me but it is still on default and closed as bad debt written off. They are ******** who play with peoples livelihoods with they lies

Still have not heard anything from you and no better action has been made since my complain. Please attend to this matter as it is affecting my credit in a very negative way. I need a paid up letter, u updating the ITC and also return my Truworths account as I was promised it will be handed back to me to continue using as soon as my debt is settled.
