*****ulent Practices of MBD
*****ulent claim on prescribed debt and refusal to give me a prescription letter for a debt that is more that 7 years. I requested to be furnished with the reasons why? a detailed account statement and proof of calls made to me, proof of collections made, proof of trace alert on this account and MBD did not bother to respond to my query till today.

10 Jun 2025, 12:30MBD only responded with acknowledging receipt of your query and never responded to my query till today. i still stand on that MBD *****ulently tried claim on prescribed debt and refusal to give me a prescription letter for a debt that is more that 7 years. I requested to be furnished with the reasons why? a detailed account statement and proof of calls made to me, proof of collections made, proof of trace alert on this account. I demand the prescription letter, and I am now escalating to NCR and all relevant Ombudsman.
