*****ulent collections listed on my credit report

Last year August 2023 I send MBD an email requesting validation of the debts they are collecting if they are failing i asked them to dispute the information to all credit bureau, till today i have not receive anything, instead i'm receiving emails and sms's offering discount , this year On my credit report it clearly states I have been paying them monthly in fact according to them my last payment was 01/06/2024, of which is not true and , i haven't pay or make any arrangement . How can a company especially one of the legal entity capture ******* and *****ulent information on a credit bureau. MBD Please remove all the mess on my credit report
