I really don't know what to do with these people. I have complained, I have sent proof of payments to Tshepiso last year already via email. I spoke to *** and Zukiswa via email explained the same thing. From last year only December payment has been allocated. I am failing to understand why they not using the reference number and finding payments on their bank statements. The agents choose to call you everyday whole day and yoh must explain same thing. I have advised them I will not pay this claim until all my payments are allocated and they have a correct balance for me. I am willing to go to court . Stop harassing my work people with calls and messages and stop calling me 6am . You guys are *****. I can imagine how many people you have done this too and besides the payments I picked how many you have not allocated.
