TWO MONTHS OF HELL

good day <br> <br> this is with a heavy hart , to write this statement ,lets start from beginning , my truworths account has been handed over to MBD . BUT ON THE 26 JUNE 2015 I pay up the account with amount R900 but I was suppose to pay R753.80 , after going back and forth to truworth and mbd , I was told that I will be refunded with an amount of R180 which I am still waiting to be refunded for , I was told to fill in a refund form and sent all supporting documents ID , proof of payment and bank statement , I was then advice that the bank statement need to have a bank stamp on , which the previous one didn't have ,only after I email them today they advice me that a refund of R84 was made into my bank account , after they advice me that they will not refund me without a stamp bank statement , I am so sick of companies like MBD that ripping of people , after almost two months , I have not received an payed up letter nor a refund ,I am a were unhappy customers , people at MBD clearly don't no what the doing
