Tv license payment query

On the 9th june i paid my tv license through capitec app, then few weeks later i started receiving call ans sms that i didn't pay my license, i send proof to them and Melany Freeks said their accounts dept could not locate the money. I went to inquire about it at my bank and was resolve and send me proof which i forwarded to Melany who asked me to send also my id number. Since last week i have been asking for proof that i don't owe my license but i cannot get any responses from them
