Trying to solve problem with deductions but no reply

It is so irritating if i keep emailing MBD to solve my problem but no one even attempts to email you back!

Paid my accounts in full but still MBD deducts cost, as the lady told me its because i did not inform MBD that i will pay my accounts in full....That is just unacceptable to be charge for something that ridiculous.

This is really BAD BAD service and I will not let you keep on deducting money from me if you do not even have the decency to answer my emails!
