Trying to collect on prescribed account

Firstly it would appear that MBD close early on a Friday, I have been trying to get through for over an hour. Please dont bother trying to fill in one of the forms on their website cos surprise surprise they dont work.<br> <br> Okay now to the nitty gritty, MBD are currently harrassing my in laws for accounts from 2005. As a law firm I am sure you are aware that after 3 years if the account has not paid it prescribes and has to be written off. I would appreciate it if someone would make contact with me, I have tried to deal with the SABC directly and they referred me to you.
