truworths account handed over to mbd

I have been trying to contact this company from last year with regard to an account which was handed over to mbd lc but with no luck til this day i have not recieved any feedback,i called your contact centre but they always cut my call,im fustrated because this account is still reflecting on my credit file and its affecting my score negetively,really disappointed with this company.
