Truworths Acc Clearance letter

MBD is always bad with TCF ..i recently paid my outstanding balance and i had agreement with Jane Hlongwane that i will get my debt clearance letter in 2 working days i paid on 3rd November today is 15 November i am still waiting for letter i called on the 5th spoke to other consultant he said same thing about letter to be received in 48hours it has also passed ...What did i do to deserve this nonsensicall treatment...MBD is just bad debt collector but they are good with harassing you with calls to pay but failing to honour their **** ... i want the ****en clearance letter by today ....
