Treating me like a ********

I am incredible frustrated how i am treated with Standard Bank credit card account. Today, i just received a letter of demand that i am failing to pay this account. I phoned and i spoke to Nekiwe that i have been retrenched, last week i received a call from someone from MBD Attorneys asking when will i be paying. So, if we phone and report retrenchment, why it is not updated on our profile? bearing in mind that when you call us, you keep on charging interest on this account. How am i suppose to finish this account when you keep on charging me interest? why do we have to call me on numerous occasions and charge interest even if we do phone and make arrangements? It doesn't mean that if we have been handed over you have to treat like *********. I didn't plan to be retrenched, this is the second time this year loosing my job, for the last 6 months i have been paying what i can afford to pay, now i have been retrenched and i have been summoned with failure to pay notice. For all these years not affording to pay this account is because i am in between jobs, something i didn't plan. Why treat us like animals? irresponsible human being? hooligans? running away from our obligations? Please do not treat us like *********. Please release my telephone conversation when i phoned and spoke to Nekiwe reporting retrenchment. I will contact NCR asking if it lawful to keep on charging interest on someone who is unemployed,, making someone to pay for the calls even if they have reported retrenchment, contact Law Society of South Africa and the Attorneys Fidelity Fund and ask for an opinion, presidential hotline to seek help. Honestly MBD attorneys, you have abused me emotionally, treated me like a ********, treated me like a hooligan, am highly depressed.
