Treat people properly and not like dirt!

The agents keep calling and harassing for payment. Even after you make arrangements they still tell you why are you paying that amount. Some of us have lost jobs and are not getting an income. Terrible terrible service. I was so upset by the agent who called me as he was extremely rude. He refused to transfer me to the supervisor. He kept asking me why am I paying that amount, like I said some of us need work, apart from the stress of getting a Job these arrogant agents harass people! Being a calm person I was pushed to shouting because the man was so rude and disrespectful . Life has so many issues we don't need to be treated like dirt by these agents and this company!
