Totally useless company

I have been harassed by the MBD call center on and off for years! Always my number and email address but never my name. Over the last couple of years about 5 different people. And then I would call and they would 'remove' my details and in a couple of months it starts all over again. Different person they are looking for, my contact details. Is it so difficult to just remove it from the system? Surely if you phone and it's the wrong number, you remove it from the system? Then you try and phone them, not the call center and the phone simply rings and then cuts out. Will it take me to actually go to your offices?
