TOTAL IGNORANCE RE SETTLEMENT LETTER REQUEST

After being hounded by MBD regarding my Std Bank account, I finally agreed to accept their settlement offer and paid the R481.66 settlement on 30 September 2015 on reference number ***. This I did even after having to explain countlessly that I am under administration and Std Bank is part of the monthly distribution.<br> I have e-mailed MBD on 5/10 to confirm the payment and ask for a settlement letter - and again on 7/10 and 15/10. This company has till now not even acknowledged my e-mails never mind send the settlement letter. Phone calls are a waste of time as you are kept on hold and then just disconnected. <br> How they can actually trade as attorneys is beyond me! The internet is overflowing about complaints of harrassment, a total don't care attitude, bullying tactics atc
