total HARRASMENT for a closed account

I had a Standard Bank loan that was outstanding in 2015. this account was paid and closed and even removed off my itc records yet MBD still phones me on a DAILY BASIS wanting payment. I keep telling them that I have paid and closed the account with standard bank in 2015 already. I have sent numerous of consultants the closure letter, but the next day they will call again asking the same thing. lately the consultants are so dam rude. the even shout at you!! today they called and the more I told them the account is closed which I even shouted at them, the rude woman on the other end said she will get a judgement put on my name and the sheriff sent to my house. what type of a business are you running if you cant even get the right information. someone needs to sort this out because it is a real pain having to get calls on a daily basis and people don't listen.
