Too many excuses

It's been a week that I have been waiting for my paid up letter. I think those people are highly trained in saying "We will escalate it" and "24 - 48 hours" .

You are fast as hell to call and send settlement letters and whatever the f**k....I want all of my telephonic conversations with this useless company....you will get to know how f****n crazy I am
