thy should not be allowed to represent banks

Std bank handed me over to MBD in Oct last year after 2012 when i switched banks contact numbers and address. i then immediately after they sent me an sms with details went to Std bank using MBD's account number to settle the amount of R1439.13 on 20 Oct on their acc no given to me beng ***B07. i phoned them with proof of payment, in oct last year, was shunted back and forth as i wanted them to confirm having received same and pass on for removal of judgement. in Oct and Nov 14th i think i spoke to various ladies their and Olivia in particular who advised that she can see the payment but her boss is only one that can upload and is out. the boss stayed out. needless to say, i am wanting or having to purchase a vehicle for business use and was informed by Wesbank that judgement was not removed. IN FACT judgement was taken after i paid the o/s amount. i phoned last week asking to speak to mbd supervisor telling him the story. he asked for my id number and informed me he handed file back to std bank it is closed and he cannot provide proof that amount was settled BUT he sees that it was. and there is nothing he can do. i asked for his man, but he said he is and put phone down
