THREATENING ME TO SPEAK TO MY MANAGER

I received a phone call from this company. Because this is a private company no private calls are allowed during office hours. When the call came through I answered because some clients must contact me. I said to the man no calls are allowed and he must contact me after hours on my cell phone. He keeps on harassing me on the landline (about 7 calls from him), then on my cellphone and said to the switchboard lady after phone again he wants to speak to my manager. This is unacceptable. This is private and confidential matters and he is not allowed to make such remarks. My manager has nothing to do with my financial problems. This is not the first time some of the call centre agents from this company is making such remarks.
