Threatening letters and uninterested staff

<p>I have been unemployed for the last couple of years, and as a result of no income was handed over to MBDCS by one of my creditors. I have spoken to MBDCS on numerous occasions, but although I make a minimum monthly payment, some idiot there continues to harass me every month and sends no less than 5 letters each month threatening to hand my account over. The letter also states that despite numerous requests for me to make payment I have not made a single payment, and I reply to each email with proof of payment. Every letter they send me, the outstanding amount increases, and during our telephonic conversations they confirm that payments have been made. I have yet to receive a reply or confirmation of my emails.</p> <p>Another point of note is that there was fairly big news of them changing their name from MBD Attorneys to MBDCS, due to them not being licenced attorneys I believe, but each of the letters I receive via email is on a letterhead stating MBD Attorney’s.</p> <p>Could someone PLEASE sort this out!</p>
