THREATENING BAD TREATMENT

I was phoned by two people today. One exactly 7 in the morning. When I asked her if she can phone during business hours I was told not to answer the phone if I don't want to.

The second lady I could hardly hear. I explained to her that I did make a payment this weekend and that I emailed payment. I said I'll just double-check the email adres. I had to ask her to speak up many times which she didn't. You are welcome to listen to voice recordings. I said I'll email proof of payment tonight after work. I am only temping and trying to start paying NOW I get a threatening message to say I am not trying to pay.

I do debtors myself and if we treat people this way we will never get paid AND we will get fired.
