Threatened by a ****** call centre agent!!!
If I could give this sorry excuse for a company a zero I would. I was literally threatened by a ****** call centre agent. The uneducated piece of **** had the audacity to not respond to my questions but speak over me and shout at me and then THREATEN me. MBD, please know that even though you are dodging giving me the recording for this call, I have it on my phone and will be taking this further. I will also be sure to inform Standard Bank as this is a bad reflection on them.
