This harassment has to stop.

Dear Sir / Madam <br> <br> I have been harassed and intimidated for over three years now by this firm who is purporting to collect for Cell C . I am not a client of this firm nor of Cell C.<br> <br> I telephoned the firm and made myself clear that I DO NOT presently have any account with Cell C and DO NOT owe them any money whatsoever. <br> <br> I demanded valid proof of their outrageous claim which they failed to produce and the staff members were extremely rude and continued with the firm's harassing messages which contains a so-called account number indicated under account below. <br> <br> I request that this harassment should stop immediately as it is very upsetting when it comes as a regular sms on my mobile phone. <br>
