They have been settled but don't want to take it off of the credit bureau

I had an account with Getbucks which was handed over. I settled both accounts there were two after being supp**** with settlement. Letters the one has come off my credit score the other not. I have spent since January trying to get this off and they never return your emails or calls. I have run out of patience as it's now plummeted my credit score. Then to exacerbated the issue even further I get a summons delivered to my house. For god sake will someone please assist me. I have called 4 times this morning only to have my call cut put to a message service and then told high volume nonsense.
