they have bad service and agents

I'm very disappointed with the service that I received from MBD. today I received a call from rude agent who was telling me that I don't listen. First I complain about this I have an account that was handed over to MBD they claim I owe R1400 when I request for the proff today how this charges were accumulated because before they were sending emails to incorrect email now I have to pay for that. I told the agent before I need the proff to make the payment. I'm so tired of this causes now I can't buy a house because of unprofessional of MBD agent
