They have a wrong number but could not care less...
My minor daughter receives threatening phone calls and SMS's from MBD Inc for someone else's account!!! They have the wrong cellphone number and 8 phone calls to them asking for this to be resolved, and 8 responses saying that the incorrect number issue has been corrected.... Yet the threatening calls and SMS's still continue... I would very much like to take legal action against them, but how..?
