They are the absolute worse! I have made so many payment arrangements, I have paid what I can and still they don't make any notes on there side so if you have to go through them, be ready to repeat every single day! Also, they are incredibly rude! I have never had someone being so rude. I tried explaining to the lady what my situation is and she kept saying I have to let her talk while she doesn't even give me a chance to finish! After you make a payment arrangement and then paid, they still harass you in between and afterwards for the next payment! Then I told her that no matter if I pay they will still harass me she kept going on that they will not phone again, so who has been phoning me non stop?????? Absolutely the worst company ever!
