These guys have been harassing me on a daily basis and the more I explain to them that I have an arrangement with them and will not forget to pay the outstanding amount to Edgars account the more they call. Sometimes I would get up to 3 calls a day and I would ask them if they were able to see that someone had already called today, they would nonchalantly say yes. Then they have the audacity to tell me that they will continue calling and I will be charged for each and every call. This is unacceptable. I understand that I owe money but what are my consumer rights. They even listed me at Experian credit burau for bad payer even after we decided on monthly payment. I feel that they are infringing on these rights. This is very sad and bad!!!!!!
