These guys are continually harrassing me

I continually get sms messages from these people regarding a Capitec account. I have now phoned them on a number of occasions and informed them that this is not my account. Each time I get told that my details have been removed from the system and that I wont be contacted again. Low and behold within 2 weeks I get another message. I have spoken to the call centres in a decent manner but have now reached the stage that I am going to open a case of harassment against these guys. It is obvious that they are just out to make money and don't give a damn about who they inconvenience in the process.
