I signed a debicheck mandate for the last day of the month. I did not say they can track my money from the 24th of the month. If I say the last day of the month they must take it off at the last day of the month. this taking money before the last day of the month is unacceptable. I am the customer and I will dispute the debit order going off before the last day of the month. Do not phone me.
