THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I have never received such bad customer service in my life... This is truly a disgrace. People from your call Centre are so quick to call us but when we pay off the debts NOBODY is ever available to assist with Paid up letters. Appaling Behavior from you Agents, that talk to other people on the side while you are holding and waiting for assistance, you actually end up hanging up with out receiving any assistance. I am seriously disappointed at the level of RESPECT, LACK OF INTEGRITY AND DISREGARD TO CUSTOMER NEEDS THAT MBD CALL CENTRE AGENTS HAVE. Im still waiting for someone to call me. What do I do? THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING!
