The **** of the earth

I'm going to minimise swearing because these assholes deserve worse than that. I had a business that I shut down and one of the medical aids I partnered with claimed I owed them R649 that I didn't know about and they referred it to MBD. I paid the money on May the 2nd 2019. I expected the calls to stop and they said no, I owed R80 on interest, I paid that on the May 13th. I have all the documentation. I thought the harassment would stop and it did for a while, then in June that year, the SAME THING. They were claiming the R80 I had already paid. I was not having it, I spoke to a supervisor, Eugenia Zondo, who apologised and said it was a system fault and said she would sort it out. The calls stopped for one month and started to again, got the last three years or so I simply ignored them. Just for fun I decided to answer them and they say now I owe them R458 for legal fees 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Whether they fix this or not have been reported to the authorities. I'm sure they get away with this **** all the time but not this time.
