The abusive behavior of MBD Inc staff towards clients

Hi, I have had the most painful,abusive and disgusting experience with MBD their agents are disrespectful, speak to you as if you the client are personal friends of theirs and they do this because it is accepted, we are treated like common trash they fight for their company yet they are underpaid. Shame.

Since inception it has been my responsibility to call,check and confirm balances. This company and its staff has exploited and victimized me is so many ways shapes and forms, the lies, the sharing of incorrect information on legal documents, the dependence of a SYSTEM that is not accurate yet followed and the confidence in all the ******* they call "doing their their Job.

I dont know why this company is even used as a platform for collections because not one agent has customer service know how, they are not customer obsessed they have no empathy they appear to be digitally programmed machines with crystal clear credit history.

We the clients owe THEM.
