TFG Group and MBD

After being handed over by TFG for missing 3 payments my fiance was given a settlement amount which he paid. Till this day it shows there is an outstanding balance. He has been trying to get a hold of them for 6 months now to establish what is it that's outstanding and settle. This is the worst company including employees to deal with very unprofessional and very *********. Always avoiding phone calls it's as if they don't want you to settle your accounts so that you can forever be indebted to them. This is truly infuriating because its a bad record on your name and you unable to get any kind of accounts. This should be considered *******.
