They contact your place of work even after you have spoken and have been in contact with the initial credit provider. They are forceful, expecting people to pay and don't accept minimum payments - As a collections company you should understand when a retrenchment claim has been made you cannot do a collection having taken out the credit you have paid and accepted terms for retrenchment protection.
