Terrible service provider

I have been dealing with this company for two weeks now, absolutely terrible services. They never answer the phone, when they do, you bounce from one agent to the next (Being told "let me direct you to the relevant department") then they hang up. They took almost 6k out of my account, and no one knows where it went. Been dealing with someone named Eleanor and everytime I phone to ask for her, they pretend not to know who she is. Just terrible!
