TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MBD CREDIT SOLUTIONS

I settled my TFG account in full with MBD and was promised to get a settlement letter within 48 hours it's been 2 week and they are telling me different stories....can i get any type of assistance in this matter.. I'm even thinking of getting an attorney to handle this matter. I'm tired of calling everytime. Terrible service from MBD⛔⛔
