Terrible service from MBD Attorneys

I have been trying to get a paid up letter since May 2020. I have phoned numerous times and everytime it's the same thing. They will email it and then they can't even give a turnaround time and then they still say they will get back to you if there is a problem, but you're the one who is suppose to follow up all the time. I'm very disappointed in their service.
