Terrible Service from MBD
I had a loan with Capitec Bank, I was in arrears and I managed to pay the full outstanding balance that was given by MBD. Capitec now says that I owe them money, even though I have a paid up Letter from MBD. Can someone please explain this to me as this is totally unacceptable. Melany Freeks, Eleanor Cohen and Nomphumelelo at MBD cannot give me any answers, this is unacceptable.
