Terrible service

I paid up my Foshcini account through a settlement amount given from this company a year ago. I have emailed and called for a paid up letter and for an ITC update but I have had nothing since!!! Can someone get this done?? They call for debt settlement but sont do what needs to be done afterwards Pathetic.
