Terrible service and ***** from this company

Just receive a call from this number ********** 612 consultant just dropped the call while asking clarity regarding ***** your company is doing on my bank account . I receive a call 13/04/2019 regarding outstanding balance, had an arrangement of R800 , december it went down to R100 that was suppose to close of the account . January you deducted R40, February same thing and March thats when i noticed there was money going from my account i reversed that money. According to records for this ********** Jabulani made notes that he call me I requested for call recordings and statement , even sent email but no resonse until i get a call from this rude consultant who had no answers instead screeming and ended the call. The fact that you have access to our bank accounts doesn't give permission to ***** us
