Terrible Service!

I arranged a debit order to go off my account at the end of the month.<br> <br> I want to cancel the debit order so i can pay by cash deposit i called several times but the phone kept on ringing with no answer. After few days i decided to try and call again, someone answered the phone i explained to the guy that i wanted to cancel the debit order he asked for my reference number, ID number and telephone number of which i gave him, he then tells me he will call me as he needs to recall my account i told him that i will stay on the line i didnt care how long it will take for him to recall the account knowing very well that he wont call back and if i tried calling again they wont answer. Hmmm he then just F***** hung up the phone just like that.. of course i tried calling back no one answered the damn phone and he didnt even call back.<br> <br> i WANT TO CANCEL the debit order!!!<br> <br> Seriously these people clearly dont know anything about customer service.
